Abstract Four feed formulations containing 38.06%, 33.43%, 28.48% and 25.32% of protein were fed to Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis cultured in paddy fields for 90 days. The results showed that when the diet contains protein 38.06 %, fat 6.01 % and calcium- phosphorus ratio 1.35, the growth was the best with the highest profit, and that higher nutritional level promoted, improved the quality of the crab and increased profit the sharply.
