Abstract Pathogen of the Bacterial Spticemia from Aemibarbus maculates was isolated by routinely microorganism isolation procedure, and was identified with VITEK-32 as well as artificial infection test. It indicated that Aeromonas hydrophila was the major pathogen of the Septicemia. Susceptibility Test showed that the bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila was resistant to Doxycycline, and Tetracycline, Moderate sensitive to Trimeth-sulfa and highly sensitive to Enrofloxacin,Norfloxacin,Gentamicin, and Amikacin.Another bacteriostasis test in vitro showed that Enrofloxacin,Florfenicol,Thiamphenicol and Norfloxacin had strong inhibition activity to detected pathogen, and that their MIC were 0.065,4.0,8.0,and 1.0 μg/ml,respectively.
