摘要以自制羽毛肽粉作为饲料蛋白源替代鱼粉,添加量分别达到0%、10%、20%、40%,制备菲律宾鳗鲡饲料,分析不同组饲料各项营养指标并进行菲律宾鳗鲡黑仔养殖试验,养殖水温控制在26~30℃,pH 7.0~7.5。试验结果表明,羽毛肽粉具有良好的黏弹性,营养、卫生指标均符合SC/T 1004-2010鳗鲡配合饲料与N Y 5072渔用配合饲料安全限量的规定。随着添加量的增加,饲料黏性变大,外观明显增黑,粗脂肪、钙、磷含量也变低。20%为最适添加量,羽毛肽粉可以促进菲律宾鳗鲡的生长,提高鳗鲡的摄食量,降低饲料系数,提高转化率。
Abstract:Eel Anguilla marmorata was fed the diet containing 0% ,10% ,20% ,and 40% of feather peptide meal as fish meal replacement protein resources for feed to determine an optimum addition ratio of feather peptide meal .Results showed that the feather peptide meal was compliance with SC/T 1004-2010 and NY 5072 in good viscose-elasticity ,nutrition ,and health indicators .However ,the feather peptide meal became black in color ,glutinous ,and low content of crude fat ,calcium ,and phosphorus when it was added into the diet more .The feeding trail revealed that the optimal addition of feather peptide meal was 20% for A .marmorata grow th ,feed intake and feed conversion rate .
