Abstract:The drug‐resistance was tested by Kirby‐Bauer method ,and four drug‐resistance genes including TEM against β‐lactamase genotypes ,ant(3″)‐Ⅰagainst aminoglycoside ,Sul1 against sulfonamides and tet (A) against tetracyclines were detected by PCR method in 30 bacterial strains isolated from turbot Scoph‐thalmus maximus infected by Vibrio anguillarum to investigate the correlation between the drug resistance phenotypes and the drug resistance genotypes in V .anguillarum .The results showed that genes TEM , ant(3″)‐Ⅰand Sul1 were detected in all strains tested except tet (A ) gene in the experiment .All strains were found to be multi‐drug resistant ,most of which were resistant to 6-8 antibiotics .There was a cer‐tain relationship between the drug resistance phenotype and the related resistance genes ,without entirely corresponding .
