Abstract:The uncertainty of diethylstilbestrol residues in fishery products detected by gas chromatogra‐phy‐mass spectrometry method was evaluated from standard solution ,sample weighing ,sample constant volume ,calibration curve ,sample and detecting instrument used based on measurement uncertainty evalua‐tion and representation theory .The results showed that calibration curve fitting and sample detection were on the most extent involved in the uncertainty ,which provided an improvement direction for the reduction in measuring uncertainty and increase in measuring accuracy .The average report of diethylstilbestrol resi‐dues in fishery products was calculated to be (7 .58 ± 2 .20 ) μg/kg ,with uncertain extension of 2 .20μg/kg .
