335 Changes in Fishery Production and Structure in Lakeside Region of Poyang Lake
ZHAO Dandan,LIU Junguo
In this study ,the structure characteristics of fishery production were analyzed in lakeside region of Poyang Lake from 1996 to 2008 by sector Kuzenets K value and Moore structure value .The results showed that fish gross production was increased steadily by 6% ,of which culture was main section ,and catching production was nearly steady with a little decrease . There was obviously difference in fish production between different counties in lakeside region under the natural conditions .The fish production in Nanchang county was leading among all the counties , accounting for over 1/6 of the gross fish production in lakeside region due to exceptionally natural resources .In the w hole period ,the adjustment of fishery resource structure speeded up in speed and rate ,higher than Jiangxi provinces at the same period . There was significant difference in speed and rate between different counties in lakeside region .Before 2000 ,Xinjian County had the maximal K value (6 .2) and e value (4 .1°) .After 2001 ,however ,the maximal K value and e value were observed in Poyang County ,indicating that difference in the studied counties reflected the special trait on fishery policy and natural condition .To keep the sustainability of fishery resources in Poyang Lake ,fisheries and agricultural department should speed up to adjust the sector structure additionally ,to improve the area of fish farming and rice‐fishing and to decrease the use of artificial diet and organic fertilizer in the lake . We can create health water condition for fish to make economic profit and ecological benefit in Poyang Lake .

370 Effects of Vitamin C on Gene Expression of Transferrin during Early Development of Crucian Carp Carassius auratus gibelio
XIONG Hualong,YAO Junjie,JIANG Zuoyu,AN Miao,ZHU Zhongsheng
In order to discuss the gene expression characteristics of transferrin and effects of vitamin C so‐lution on the expression of transferrin genes during early development of crucian carp Carassius auratus gibelio .RT‐PCR and fluorescence quantitative PCR techniques were used to detect effect of vitamin C on the expression of transferrin genes and its mRNA expression levels during the early development of crucian carp .The results showed no expression of transferrin in mature eggs ,fertilized eggs and expanded blasto‐cyst stage ,while the expression of transferrin was determined in gastrula stage ,and the mRNA expression level of transferrin showed “up‐down‐up” trend ,and a peak in the heatbeating stage ,and the minimum in the prehatching stage .In the group of vitamin C (30 mg/L) ,the mRNA expression level of transferrin was lower than that in normal group during embryonic stage ,while higher than that in normal group during larval stage .The findings showed that the function of transferrin was independent from the binding iron function during embryonic development ,and appropriate vitamin C led to be decreased in the function of transferrin in immune during embryonic development ,and to be increased in the function of transport iron in yolk‐sac larval stage .

386 Phylogenetic Relationships among Members in Salmoninae and Genetic Variation amongDifferent Populationsof Rainbow Trout Farmedin China Basedon Cytb Sequence
WANG Weiwei
The Cytb sequences were amplified by PCR technique ,and genetic diversity was analyzed in different populations of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss farmed in China . The phylogenetic relationships among members in Salmoninae were established by comparing with the sequences from eleven other species representing five genera in subfamily Salmoninae .The results showed that the local rainbow trout population (0 .001 ) had the minimal intraspecies genetic distance ,and Donaldsons population the maximal (0 .004) .In the interspecies ,however ,there was the maximal genetic distance (0 .127) between taimen Hucho taimen and masou salmon O . masou ,followed by between taimen and coho salmon O . kisutch(0 .123)and the minimal genetic distances between Siberian char Salvelinus leucomaenis and brook trout S .fontinalis (0 .003) .Clustering analysis revealed that fish in the same genus was separately clustered ,lenok Brachymystax and H ucho being clustered together ,and Oncorhynchus and Salvelinus being clustered together .No clustering was observed in the individuals of different rainbow trout populations ,indicating that different populations of rainbow trout seem to have no significant genetic differentiation .
